Refund Policy

Karma Confections requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to place orders. Balances can be paid in advance or at pickup.

In the event that your event has been canceled, a 48 hour minimum notice is required. Your deposit can be put toward a future order. In the event your order has already been completed. You will have the option to freeze it until a later date or pick it up and have it remade. In the event that it is remade then you will also be liable for the cost of remaking it.

Once your order has been picked up and out the door Karma Confections is no longer liable for anything that may happen during transport or holding until your event. I send care instructions with each cake so you are aware of how to properly transport and care for them. Failure to do so is taken at your own risk.

If a major error was made by Karma Confections they will either try to rectify the problem immediately or offer the option to either a full or partial refund at their discretion. This could also be done as a discount that would go toward a future order.
